Ingredients
- Any large lettuce leafs -- except Iceberg lettuce
- Scallions or green onions
- 7 oz fresh tuna or salmon
- Safflower mayonnaise
- Organic pickles
- Tomatoes
- Alfalfa sprouts
Instructions
Lay out several pieces of lettuce on a plate. Place the tuna or salmon in a bowl. Add 2 tablespoons safflower mayo, then add chopped pickles and scallions or green onions. Place this mixture onto the lettuce, along with tomato slices and alfalfa sprouts. Wrap and eat. Yum!
